The Brinell hardness test is mainly used for measuring the hardness of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, and soft alloys. In addition, it can also be used for measuring the hardness of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite. Suitable for factories, workshops, laboratories, colleges and research institutions.
1、This instrument has 11 levels of testing force and 15 different Brinell hardness testing scales, which can be selected;
2、It equipped with 3 kinds of indenters, which are installed on the equipment at the same time;
3、Has two sets of objective lenses, and both can participate in the measurement of indentation diameter;
4、Automatically switch objective lens and indenter according to the selected testing scales
5、Preset test force holding time, adjust the strength of the indentation light source;
6、Real-time display of loading time;
7、Display measurement indentation length, hardness value, measurement times, etc.
8、Select the conversion value between each hardness scale;
9、Hardness test results can be printed out.
